Program Coordinator (Part-time)

Location:Quantico, VA

Under the direction of the Program Manager (PM), the Program Coordinator will manage and support the overall project success through the contract life cycle from customer engagement, report processing, project coordination, hardware and software procurement and resource management through program initiation and final customer acceptance of program deliverables.


  • Works with various project team members and customers to develop or communicate timelines, create schedules, and oversee progress
  • Updates professional and semi-technical documents for context and accuracy of information and financial details
  • Understands and organizes project information and artifacts such as budget spreadsheets, schedules, contracts, financial files, reports, and invoices
  • Performs administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, bookkeeping, and billing
  • Assists program management with project scope, scheduling, and communicate to project stakeholders
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation ensuring all information is appropriately shared, filed and secured
  • Performs other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting office

Required Qualifications/Education and Experience

  • High diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years’ administrative coordination or clerical experience or equivalent background
  • Prior experience working in a military/governmental environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Advanced typing and data entry skills 
  • Familiarity with project methodologies preferred
  • Demonstrated customer relations skills 
  • Solid organizational skills including the ability to track and report on multiple projects, phases, and issues with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills that are professional and adaptive serving internal and external customers and the Government
  • Innate capability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, fluid environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Must have and maintain a Secret personnel clearance and must be eligible for a TSSCI
